Prisma Stars Pro – WordPress Reviews & Testimonials Plugin

Build Trust with Real Customer Reviews

Prisma Stars Pro is a professional WordPress customer reviews and testimonials plugin that helps businesses collect feedback, moderate submissions and display trusted customer experiences across their website.

Add a responsive review slider, rating summary, testimonial grid or feedback button to any page using a simple shortcode. Visitors can submit reviews through a clean popup form, while every submission remains pending until approved by an administrator.

Prisma Stars Pro is suitable for agencies, consultants, travel companies, visa services, clinics, local businesses, online stores and any WordPress website that wants to build trust through customer feedback.

Collect Customer Feedback Easily

The built-in review form allows customers to submit:

• Star rating
• Customer name
• Email address
• Location
• Service used
• Optional review title
• Detailed feedback
• Optional customer photo
• Publication consent

Customer email addresses remain private and are not displayed publicly.

Moderate Reviews Before Publishing

New reviews are submitted for moderation, giving website owners full control over what appears publicly.

Administrators can:

• Approve, edit or reject reviews
• Mark customers as verified
• Feature selected reviews
• Add a public business reply
• Assign review categories
• Update ratings and service details
• Manage customer photos
• Filter and organize submissions

Three Professional Review Designs

Choose from three ready-made designs:

• Classic Cards
• Modern Summary
• Elegant Dark

Each design includes responsive review cards, rating summaries, verified-review indicators and professional action buttons.

You can also customize:

• Accent color
• Heading and subtitle
• Review text color
• Star color and size
• Reviews displayed per row
• Slider arrows and pagination
• Autoplay and loop behavior
• Trust text
• Verified-review title and description

Responsive Review Slider and Grid

Display reviews as a responsive slider or grid.

The layout automatically adjusts for:

• Desktop computers
• Tablets
• Mobile devices
• Narrow theme content areas
• Full-width landing pages

The lightweight slider supports navigation arrows, pagination dots, autoplay, looping and touch gestures.

View All Reviews Popup

Visitors can open a professional popup containing all approved reviews.

The popup includes:

• Overall average rating
• Rating distribution
• Search
• Star-rating filters
• Service filters
• Sorting by newest, highest or lowest rating
• Responsive review cards
• Leave a Review button

Customizable Success Confirmation

Choose how customers are notified after submitting a review:

• Dedicated success popup
• Inline confirmation message

The success title, message and button text can be customized from the WordPress admin panel.

Privacy and Security Features

Prisma Stars Pro includes:

• WordPress nonce protection
• Input validation and sanitization
• Output escaping
• Manual review moderation
• Honeypot spam protection
• Submission cooldown controls
• Duplicate-submission checks
• Secure image validation
• Private customer email storage
• WordPress privacy exporter support
• Personal-data erasure support
• Optional data removal during uninstall

Optional SEO and Structured Data Controls

Approved customer reviews provide valuable visible content that can strengthen trust and improve the usefulness of service pages.

The plugin also includes optional structured-data controls for supported products, software applications and services.

Structured data does not guarantee review stars in Google search results, and self-serving business reviews may not qualify for rich results.

Simple Shortcode

Add the complete reviews section anywhere using:
