Magento 2 Delete Orders Extension

Magento 2 Delete Orders Extension is built for Magento 2 store owners, developers, and agencies who need a controlled way to remove unwanted, demo, test, or specific order records from the Magento admin panel.

Magento 2 does not include a simple default option to delete orders from the backend. This extension adds a practical admin order deletion tool that allows authorized admins to delete a specific order, selected orders from the Sales Orders grid, or all orders when needed.

The extension includes an admin configuration option to enable or disable the module, ACL permission control for safer backend access, and a PrismaSell help section with a direct support link for installation or customization assistance.

It is useful before launching a store, after importing test data, during development, or when cleaning up demo orders from a staging environment.

Key Features

• Delete a specific Magento 2 order by order ID or increment ID
• Delete selected orders from the Magento Sales Orders grid
• Delete all orders when required
• Enable or disable the extension from admin configuration
• Admin ACL permission control
• Confirmation step for bulk order deletion
• PrismaSell intro and support/help link
• Built as a proper Magento 2 module
• Suitable for development, staging, and controlled admin use

Important Note

Order deletion is permanent and may remove important order-related records. Always take a full database backup before using this extension on a live Magento 2 store. We recommend testing it on a staging website before production use.
